For any complains or challenges student may face within any of the properties listed in our platform student can contact us at studentsupport@offcampus.co.za . for other challenges student may also contact the university directly for assistance.

Landlords

you can simply go to the university admin desk and enquire or visit the NFSAS website for more info. Each university has its unique accreditation process.

you simply navigate to your landlord portal, click on the left panel and deactivate your account if you experience any problem contact admin on info@offcampus.co.za.

Yes you get your own photography or you can simply contact us and we will get you in touch with one of our own. info@offcampus.co.za.

Students

Yes you can just issue the landlord with written notice for 30days and also inform the accreditation or student finance office.

Yes most properties allow students to leave the luggage when going home.

Please download house rules to check if the student accommodation you selected allows sleep overs. Most accredited student accommodations don’t allow sleep overs especially in sharing rooms.

Yes, contact the landlord and make arrangements.

Yes you can go to the university admin or accreditation office and file a complaint. They will be happy to help.
